PROCESSING TIME

All Krazy Essentials products are handmade to order. We process orders within 7 business days (does not include weekends or holidays), however, sale events, holidays and vacations can cause delays up to 10 business days. Krazy Essentials will always notify customers when delays may occur.

Please note that PROCESSING is not the same as SHIPPING.

 CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your order you must due so within 24 hours, no exceptions. If you cancel within 24 hours there will be a 30% cancellation fee and the remaining will be refunded to you via PayPal. Shipping fees are not refundable. Once 24 hours have passed your order goes into processing and cannot be canceled.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • If your package ships USPS First Class Mail (2-5 days does not include insurance) after processing is complete. Please make sure the address you provide through PayPal is correct. If you are purchasing a gift, please provide the gift recipient’s shipping address through PayPal, in the notes section. Since this option does not include insurance we are not responsible for lost/stolen or packages sent to the wrong address. Krazy Essentials will not refund your order if your package is lost/stolen or sent to the wrong address. Krazy Essentials is not responsible for delays of receiving your package once it is in transit with USPS.

  • If your package ships USPS Priority Mail(1-3 days includes insurance) after processing is complete. Please make sure the address you provide through PayPal is correct. If you are purchasing a gift, please provide the gift recipient’s shipping address through PayPal, in the notes section. We cannot be responsible for orders that are delivered to incorrect address. Krazy Essentials is not responsible for your order getting lost or you not receiving your package. All orders are shipped to the address you provided during the checkout process. Krazy Essentials is not responsible for delays of receiving your package once it is in transit with USPS.

  • FREE SHIPPING: to qualify for Free Domestic Shipping you must spend $35 or more excluding shipping costs and discounts

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders under 8oz will be $9.99 and ship USPS First Class Mail International (7-21 days). All orders 9oz-15oz will be $15.99 and ship USPS First Class Mail International (7-21 days). All international orders over 1lb (16oz or more) will be $25.99 and ship USPS International Priority (6-10 days). Please make sure the address you provide through PayPal is correct. If you are purchasing a gift, please provide the gift recipient’s shipping address through PayPal, in the notes section. We cannot be responsible for orders that are delivered to incorrect address. Make sure you provide all information needed for your country’s customs!  Krazy Essentials is not responsible for your order getting lost or you not receiving your package. All orders are shipped to the address you provided through USPS. We will not refund orders that have not been received.

Note: Krazy Essentials is not responsible for any packages held at customs, we cannot offer refunds or offer replacements due to this matter. Please make sure you know your country’s customs standards prior to ordering.

 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

  • Krazy Essentials is not responsible for your order getting lost or you not receiving your package. If your package shipped USPS First Class Mail and you believe it is lost you may file a "Missing Mail" search request after 7 business days. USPS will try to locate your package, however, you will not be refunded any cost of shipping and/or your order from Krazy Essentials.

  • Krazy Essentials is not responsible for your order getting lost or you not receiving your package. If your package shipped USPS Priority, USPS policy states a package is considered lost after no delivery attempts have been made and 15 business days have passed since the mailing date. A package is considered stolen if a package has been updated to delivered status but the customer never received package. Whether your package has been lost or stolen, a claim cannot be filed until 15 business days since the mailing date. If you believe your package has been lost/stolen, contact us immediately at contact@krazyessentials.com. After 15 business days have passed, I will contact you again, if your package has yet to arrive I will file a claim and send you a refund.
